How to order a frame?

To order a frame you must fill out the product sheet and enter the measurement you need in centimeters, you have two options: you can order the frame assembled or to be assembled.
If you order the assembled frame, you will receive the assembled frame with the hook to hang on the wall.
If you order the frame disassembled, you will receive the frame on 4 separate sides with milling in the corners where you will have to insert the appropriate dowels that we provide, we will also send you the hook to hang the frame.

What size should I enter to order a frame?

You must enter the size of your object to be framed because during processing we add 3 or 4 mm more so that your object fits comfortably.
Only for the " American cassette " frame series we add 2 centimeters to the measurement you indicate because generally the space left between the frame and the painting is 1 centimeter per side so that the painting appears suspended.
If you want a different space you can let us know in the notes area when you compose your basket.

What should I do if I need a very large frame?

Generally, the maximum size that can be ordered in assembled frames is 100x150 cm, except for some products where the maximum size of 90x120 can be ordered, but if you have any special needs, do not hesitate to contact us and we will surely find a solution.
For very large sizes it can be ordered but the frame is not assembled which allows to reach up to 280 cm, it is a good solution because the assembly of the frame is very simple and professional as if we did it ourselves in our laboratory.

How do I find out the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart after entering the delivery address.
For the destinations indicated, transport costs are free.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We give an order preparation time of about 10 days, but it often happens that the material needed to manufacture the frame is already being processed and we can therefore ship it even earlier.
We have a small warehouse of some ready items that we can process. In this case we can ship in two days.
However, if you have any special requirements regarding delivery times, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will find a solution.

How can I check my order?

You can check your order by entering the account you created to place the order or directly from the confirmation email you received.

What carrier do you use for shipping?

We use leading freight forwarders at European level, we entrust our shipments to couriers accustomed to handling even bulky packages.

If my order arrives damaged, what should I do?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us via the contact pages , describe the damage and possibly send us photographs.

What material are the frames made of?

Our frames are made of real wood that comes mainly from Italian forests that are being reforested, that is, for every tree cut down, a new one is replanted, we use the precious fir or pine wood that is worked to obtain jointed and laminated boards so that it is very stable and durable, this particular type of wood does not produce worms and does not warp, we choose our wood suppliers with great care both from a quality and sustainability point of view.

Are your processes artisanal?

Our products are highly handcrafted and are made using traditional gilding techniques and various processes that make the product very refined, all processes are carried out in our laboratory in Italy near Milan.
